The definition of unalienable in Bouvier’s Law Dictionary clearly states that it is a right that cannot be sold or transferred without your consent. Research proves it is a natural right.
It is your right according to law, but it should also be recognized as a natural right to record your own hearing. A justice system with any kind of integrity would never even question your action to record your own hearing.
