The right to use the road has been argued numerous times in our courts. The argument being from the aspect of it being a common law right, otherwise known as an unalienable right. The definition of unalienable in Bouvier’s Law Dictionary clearly states that it is a right that cannot be sold or transferred without your consent. Research proves it is a natural right.
